Came in for a bleach fix and left looking exactly the same. I called ahead to ask if he would be able to tone out the brass tones in my at home bleach fail. Samir asked me to come in and said he can bring it back to a light brown. He washed my hair, used purple shampoo and then blow dried and curled it as if that would fix the color of it. He kept saying “once you take a few showers it’ll fade” or “once I curl it and you go out in the sun, it’ll look better” did not apply a single lightening or darkening product to my hair and asked for $75 but got $100 because I believed his word. Spent exactly 13 minutes on the entire process just for me to walk out with orange brassy hair. -5/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not ever trust this place to do business with.

Very underwhelming experience. Sister drove 40 minutes for a color fix and came back crying because of Samir. He did not do anything to change her hair color and she paid him $30 extra and expressed how important this was for her graduation. He let her leave looking exactly the same with more heat damage then before.

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment more than a week in advance and the reviews looked great online.But when I arrived for my appointment, there was no one at the front desk and seems to be only one person actually servicing. On top of that there were 4 people ahead of me, 2 waiting for a haircut. If I had the time to wait I would. But even after being asked to wait potentially an hour, there was no guarantee I would get my haircut. I would appreciate a more professional staff and courtesy call if my appointment couldn’t be made on time, especially for new customers or people unfamiliar with the practices at this salon. Samir has been my hair dresser for 16 years. I moved to a different state, and I still travel 3 hours round trip to have my hair done by him. He is the only one who could handle my long hair with finess and professionalism. I get the best compliments from every one about how beautiful and silky my hair looks, every time I leave his hair salon.

Samir will give you a nice professional cut. He’s very nice, skillful and quick. I would describe Samir’s style as old school and formal. He cuts mostly with scissors. If you re looking for a shape up and fade then Karem is your guy. Karem is great because he has the best of both worlds, old school and new school. He ll give you a fade, brook, shape up no problem. You want scissors only no problem. Samir and Karem are no nonsense they’ll have you done in no time.

It took around 10 minutes for a man hair cut. He was supposed to trim sides and back and scissor top. The guy doesn’t have any scissor skills. He didn’t cut my hair any better than I would do it by myself using a scissor.
