It’s even in the bangs but I can do that myself. The cut was longer in the back than the front and I really wanted the green all out of my hair not a 35$ plus tip trim. She was nice but I felt bad when I mentioned the green and she said it’s almost gone and also gave me a weird look when I said I wanted it cut out so I just hurried out. I’m sad and never going back there and I’d rather ruin my hair trying to cut it than pay for a meh haircut. Honestly, I think I want my money back. It literally took her maybe 5-10 minutes

I was able to make a same day appointment. It’s a nice salon. No one wears a face covering, which may or may not be a good thing. Right now other places are either requiring it or encouraging it. And most everyone I spoke with, spoke little English. If you know Spanish, all of the stylists will be more comfortable and friendly around you. I don’t speak Spanish. At least the stylist knew the word “shampoo” (which is an Arabic word), or else she would have given me a dry cut. She acquiesced to shampoo my hair. And they don’t blow dry your hair afterwards. So I couldn’t really tell how my hair looked after it was cut. I did pay a tip, but I would have paid a bigger tip if I could actually see what difference the hair cut made. If anyone from the salon reads this, please be courteous and blow dry the clients’ hair after a cut. The weather is cooling down. It would have have been nice if the stylist spoke English so that I could talk to her about my hair’s needs. She glanced at the photo on my phone before the shampoo and refused to look at it again. She turned me away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what she was doing. I wish I knew what the Spanish phrase was for, “Please do not thin my hair.”. After blow drying and styling my hair at home, I’m sad. It will take several months for my hair to be beautiful again. I won’t return to the salon.

I requested burgundy with blonde highlights. My hair color came out as a disaster..red, pink and white highlights. They fixed it with the same results. Ugly red color with pink highlights. I guess I was better off with Fantastic Sam.

I’ll give them 2 ☆z of the fade the gave me and my son but they tried to cut our hair best to their understanding of English bit fpr.what I paid I should have got better service and someone who will.at least ask if they are unclear on customer requests of cutting ones hair….I’ll give them another chance and update this but so far 2 stars isn’t that great
