FYI, their waxing services require the use of the microwave every 3-5 minutes. That naturally means it will take a long time! Also, the owner of the salon won’t listen to you when you tell her the wax is too hot. Her reply will be, “no, it’s not,” as if she knows the temperature of the wax on your own skin.

I have been going here since 2007 and the service is great! The owner does very good work and the prices are reasonable compared to other salons. The wax used here is sugar-based, so it cannot be kept warm in a pot constantly and must be heated up every 3-5 minutes. The owner always asks if the wax is too hot, and overall I’ve been very happy with their service.

Lady doesn’t know how to run a business. Left in the middle of a haircut to tend to other customers even though we made an appointment and the others were walk-ins. The place is also quite unclean. On top of that didn’t even cut how I asked her to. Learned my lesson: save the trouble and just go to Ulta.

Don’t ever get your nose pierced from here ……she doesn’t clean the gun and I think she used a ear stud as a nose stud on my nose and she did it twice because the first time she didn’t got it right….
