Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually don’t leave reviews. I’ve came to this nail shop three times just recently this Friday I made an appointment to get my nails my feet and my eyebrows done my appointment was at 1:30 I arrived on time and didn’t get my nails started on until 2 pm I couldn’t get my eyebrows done because the lady wasn’t there I paid over $50 and also tipped the guy that did my nails Sunday morning my whole middle finger nail popped off it’s been less than 24 hours since my nails been done there’s no way my nails should have popped off I tried to go in the same day it popped off but they said they was taking appointments only I called Monday and they said they was closed she told me there’d be open Tuesday at 9:30 so I had no choice but to wait here’s Tuesday I go way to the nail shop for them to be closed I also called and didn’t get no answer I’d never experienced this at any nail shop and I’m very disappointed and here I am sitting here with a broken nail after I payed my hard working money .. I won’t be going back again and I don’t recommend nobody to go…I usually don’t leave reviews.
