Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give zero stars I would my gel polish on my acrylics are chipping I get acrylics all the time and I never have to deal with this it’s been three days and one of my nails fell off the service itself was bad enough between the attitude ladies would give despite me being very sweet since my experience in customer service is high quality. I am very disappointed with my service and not only was the service poor but I was heavily overcharged I normally give tips wherever I go no matter what. But this was One of the few times where I confidently left without tipping because of how poor the service was I don’t recommend for anybody to waste their money here my little brother could’ve done better than these workers I am highly disappointed with the service and performance. And it seemed like my nail tech didn’t even want to do her job despite me paying extra for nail design I had to ask her why when she said she wouldn’t do the design I want it which was a basic design a amateur can do. When I ask why I guess she didn’t feel like explaining so she ended up doing a job with the design is self came out pretty OK no complaints on the design aspect but I do complain that I’m paying extra $25 for gel and it’s chipping on the fourth day off of my acrylic nail. She only did two coats of polish and my nail is see-through in the lights never have I ever been to a high price nail salon where the service was poor! pick one! Are you going to overcharge or are you going to have bad service you cant do both! I gave them my money with grace and left I wasn’t going to write this review until I realized that my nail fell off and my thumb is chipping after only four days. The place I usually would go to was closed so I called here again to see if they would take me. They told me they would and even gave me a time for an appointment. Don’t waste your time here. I used to come here to get my pedicures done quite often. The place I usually would go to was closed so I called here again to see if they would take me. They told me they would and even gave me a time for an appointment.
