She was extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable and the facials were amazing. We have very different skin types and issues and she addressed both in the best way possible. My boyfriend and I both had deep cleansing facials done today by Joanne. She was extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable and the facials were amazing. We have very different skin types and issues and she addressed both in the best way possible. We will definitely be back and I’m also transferring my lash extensions to her care as well. I didn’t know what to expect and I am very happy and satisfied with the results. She explained every product she used and what effect it may or may not have on my face. She patiently listened to my back story of my face (because i have terrible acne) . She didn’t mind all my questions lol and she was just great. Because i just came today, I’ll upload before and after photos once the peel is done peeling.
