My daughter came here a week ago to get her nails done with white gel nail polish. Her finger was bruised and her nails were roughly done. This is not a place you wanna go if you need your nails done professionally. The person who waxed her brows did a fantastic job though. She is excellent in her field of work.

Horrible service . They say one price and when going to pay they say a different price they embarassing me charged me $12 more on Sunday August 8 2021.i went for scalp oil massage pedicure manicure. The lady first said they don’t wash hair later she decided to wash hair. She said if washing it will be more . The oil massage was $30.so my budget was $30.The girl who did my manicure was so unprofessional the nail polish came off the very next day. Was in a hurry a rush rush. I ended up paying $62.They robbed me. Except the head massage and wash was good though. I asked the cashier why is it $62 she said pedicure is$20 and manicure is $10.so the total should have been $50 they over charge d me I just let it go never to go here they lost a good customer. I hope the owner sees this review I have proof that I paid $62 out of my Citi bank card. These people here are robbers. No quality.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI did a facial at this place and it was horrible the lady that was there rub my face so hard and bruise it her products burn my face. It felt like pepper was on my face. She put a bunch of products on my face and I don’t know what it was she did not say what it is. Even tho I told her it’s my first time doing a facial she was so mean to my face and she charge me $75 and she didn’t massage my face or take out black heads. Guys I payed $75 dollars for her to burn my face and I actually have scars with some kind of sandy scrub she used. They do eyebrows pretty ok. I decided to get my nails done which I been growing for a while and it was the worst mistake ever. First, they have no organization. I was waiting for 30 minutes while most of the staff were just standing around. Another lady came in way after me and she just skipped my turn. The staff doesn’t server customers well. I went and told the lady standing at the register that I’m leaving because I been waiting and some other lady come in and didn’t wait for her turn. All sudden the lady that did my eyebrows is now doing my nails. She filed it so horrible and uneven. She painted my nails like a 5 year old child. I had polish on my skin. They put my nail under the fan for less 5 minutes and expected it to dry. It got messed up. I had to take off the messy polish and file my nails evenly. Even my boyfriend said they did such horrible job and he is man. I would never go back to that place. And while waiting there, I noticed they double/triple dip the wax with the same stick. It’s so nasty. I won’t be surprised if they use the same stick on all the customers. Don’t waste your time there!!!
