I’d like to start off with staying I’m not from the area I was just in town for the day. I wanted to treat myself so I made an appointment for a gel manicure with a design. Before we even started the tech was hesitate on the design. So I said okay let’s just stick with those colors and do something simple. She couldn’t even do a spider web. There was no prep beside a little file to “round” my nails but they are more square then when I went in. There was no massage at all. So I paid $30 for someone to paint my nails with gel polish. I could of done that on my own.

I got a new set today and honestly I am disgusted! All my nails are not the same length- after trying to tell the guy multiple times! While my nails were drying I could see the polish “ rippling” like the polish was poured on my nails! I think I have more polish on my skin than on my actual nail. Very rough and made my cuticles bleed. Was not worth $50 and when I got home I noticed two nails are also missing top coat… Figured to give this place another try but definitely will NOT be returning.

I got a UV gel full set and they all peeled off five days later. I’ve tried this place time after time and they do their acrylic/gel nails too thin. Every time I’ve asked for thicker nails they don’t listen. I’m sorry but I’ve finally given up on this place for nails…pedicures only @ Glamour from now on! Critical: QualityI have never been compelled to write a bad review before but this was pretty bad. I had one of the males for my pedicure and omg. I tried explaining I had hang nails and that he would need to just clip them out which I have had no problems with any other nail salon doing ever. He proceeded to cut the corners on all of my nails, not like the hang nail part, just the corners of my nails so that they were all uneven. My other big toe, he took a huge chunk out of the side that the girl came over and had to fix it with powder to make a fake nail part. Then he proceeded to try to remove my cuticles and well if you look at the picture attached, it was so bad that it was gushing blood and painful. I don’t know what this man was doing. I said I had enough and asked for another person. The woman who took over didn’t even know how to remove cuticles and then made my other big toe bleed. At this point I left and did not want them to finish. I have never in my life had such a bad nail job. I couldn’t have done worse even if I had tried myself. I recently had my nails done at the salon. I had the ACN process. They were professional and did a wonderful job their prices are extremely reasonable I highly recommend the salon.

Update: I got a full set and a pedi, I am actually very disappointed. The guy that did my pedi was kinda stans offish and when I asked if you can paint the rest of my pinky toe nail he sighed rudely. The lady that did my full set kept complaining that my nails are to small/nail bed and that’s why it hurts. She was rough and she did a bad job on my fullset. Smh.

This was my last visit to Glamour nail. The technician was argumentative when I kept telling her I wanted my nails shorter. I had the cat eye design which you have to pay extra for. She did a horrible job. You can hardly see it. The polish is clumpy and uneven. Very unhappy. Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures

This is my spot! I am always happy when I leave there with my manicure and pedicure. They give you a shoulder massage after your nails are done which pretty much every nail spot doesn’t do anymore. Even when they are busy (even the woman at the front desk will) make sure you get a massage instead of rushing you out the door. They have a very large selection of gel colors. Today Linda did my pedicure and the woman that runs the front desk did my nails and I am very satisfied with their service. I usually do acrylic with gel polish for my nails and a gel pedicure , I think their prices are very fair. Every time I use another place because I am rushing around I regret it, I’d rather make the time to go there.

Service is wonderful and staff is super accommodating of my elderly mother who is post stroke. Definitely wish customers were more respectful towards the staff. Be sure to call ahead of time to book an appointment, esp if you’re getting a full set or fills. Be mindful that walk-ins accrue fast so there might be a long wait if you aren’t diligent about booking. If the staff says they can’t take you until 3:30, don’t push them for a shorter time. They’ve already committed to other appointments with customers who were prepared.

I heard great things about this nail salon but I was very disappointed when I got my gel pedicure because the guy did a terrible job with painting and shaping. I spoke with the manager and she offered to fix which she did but it should had been done correct the first time. I posted before and after pictures. I was just irritated about having to come back to fix it. Overall, it was very clean and quick service when getting you in a chair.
