Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have always been satisfied with haircuts done by two of the hairstylists, but I went in as a walk-in today and I wish I would have made an appt with Erica or Olga. My “hairstylist” was literally going to let me go with an uneven/choppy cut. Instead of giving me a mirror to look at the back, she was going to style my hair to look “nice” . Olga was nice to help her “fix” it, but I realized at home that it wasn’t done right. I wonder if the lady that initially did my hair was even licensed . My husband helped me cut the longer hair strands at home that should have been cut at the sap . I am now stuck with weird looking bangs for a while. I have always been satisfied with haircuts done by two of the hairstylists, but I went in as a walk-in today and I wish I would have made an appt with Erica or Olga. My “hairstylist” was literally going to let me go with an uneven/choppy cut. Instead of giving me a mirror to look at the back, she was going to style my hair to look “nice” . For starters, my sisters and I absolutely loved and trusted this salon with every haircut and recommended it to our mom. My mom and I went for a walk-in haircut together. She was nervous about her hair not getting cut how she wanted. I assured her she could trust this salon to do it right. I should have said Olga or Erica will do it right. Today a new girl really proved me wrong! I didn’t get her name. Language barrier issue. She didn’t speak english and I don’t speak spanish, so there was almost no communication. She couldn’t ask what or how I wanted my hair cut or ask any details. She didn’t give us mirrors or turn us around to view the back of our hair. Not only did we not get hair cuts how we wanted, they weren’t even trimmed well. The girl had to ask Erica to frame hair around my face. My mom noticed long uneven strands in the back of my hair after we got home, so I curled my hair, making the uneven strands less noticable. What makes it worse is we both had to pay $25 each for a bad haircut AFTER they told my mom, over the phone, it would cost $18-$20. They lied! AND our haircuts weren’t even worth $18. I am so dissapointed in our experience today. Also, embarressed to have recommended the salon and assured my mom she was in good hands. IF we go back, we will make appointments with Olga or Erica.

Olga is the best! She was able to fix my hair after getting my hair cut elsewhere. She knew exactly what that other lady did wrong and was able to correct it. Also very carefuly right now to keep things and areas sanitized during COVID.

Wish I could give a rating of zero. My girlfriend decided to get her haircut in a certain way and the lady who cut her hair decided not to listen to how my girlfriend wanted it to be. It’s funny because after the disaster this lady caused to her hair, we had to go to a more superior salon to fix the mess she made. The lady who messed up didn’t seem like she cared about cutting her hair and didn’t even dry or style my girlfriends hair after she ruined it. Its not worth the money if she didn’t even do a good job plus that lady didn’t even finish it in the first place. Don’t waste your money going here.

Got my hair dyed and wasn’t what I wanted the person who dyed my hair was to busy doing her make up while I was waiting for her to rinse off the bleach. I got my hair dyed about 4 months ago and till this day all the blonde is coming off. It’s a waste of money. Because of her I’m not comfortable with my hair.
