The people up here saying they service is good is a lie & they friends or family …. They use water down monomer do not know how to shape the nail 82$ well wasted never again they need to get real supplies for the price they charge. It took me damn near 3 hours to get a basic full set and these nails look bulky and horrible and this was my only option on new years after work these will be coming off immediately. If you are really into your nails like I am save your money and find you a good nail tech. This lil salon is not it … see picture attached

Stay away i made my appointment over the phone for 12:30 with Elisa. (She does pedi’s in the back of the shop) I showed up at 12:15 didn’t get seen or spoken to until I was finally called @ 2:30. Here’s the worst part not only did ppl skip me an I let it slid the first thing Dominican nail tech yells out in Spanish is. Elisa voy a cargarla por delante !!!! meaning she’s writing up the ticket to charge me before she starts! She did this because she assumed I didn’t understand porque soy Morena ….. When I just witnessed her charge someone else after she was done . The issue is why do you think that was? horrible… the lady i had was hanna, i did a gel manicure.. she cut me.. and i was bleeding a lot and she didnt even say sorry… and charge me 5$ to soak 3 fingers. and the nails look like my son did them so clumpy and lumpy… and the edges were over painted… and she cut my skin to take off the polish..horrible…. never again… i know it was only 20$ but hmmm… then she asked me if i wanted to pedicure … i was like no thank you

Critical: ProfessionalismFunny I was looking for a salon that is opened in my area and I came across this salon again. As I was reading the reviews it does not shock me as to how many horrible reviews they’ve gain throughout the years . I stopped by in this nail spot when they opened at the very beginning and honestly I’mShocked they are still in business. First to begin, I didn’t like their vibe the second I walked in, all looking with an attitude and don’t even have common courtesy to greet anyone, fine I let that go but when I was finally able to sit for a set and she started placing the chunks of lumpy acrylic on my first nail and i told her about it she didn’t even acknowledged I was talking to her so I got up and walked right out. First and last time I come to this place!! went there a couple of days for a gel manicure. I ended up standing at the door for about five mins or so for someone to ask me what I needed help with. They have no work ethic !. I waited Four HOURS ! For a gel manicure that looked horrible. I had polish all over my fingers and nails were damaged. When I waked in I had SNS on my nails so I asked who could do that. The person who was assisting me said only one person in the place knows about weird stuff like that. WHAT ?! Weird ? Unfortunately I couldn’t do anything about my nails because I waited so long I was already running late for work I lost three clients because of them. They take so long with one person just joking and talking but do a terrible job. I honestly went in there with better nails than I came out with mind you my nails were over three weeks old.

I went to do my nails with my sis. The lady was nice, but the job wasn’t great. She filed my nails but they were still uneven , plus my nails kept on getting stuck in my hair every time i would pass my fingers in my hair. I had to redo the filing myself once i got home. She pulled out so much of my cuticles that my fingers started hurting when i left the place. Worst when i went to take a shower, my finger was burning. I would not recommand that place. The waiting time is long and they work too slow. It took us 1h30mn ish to be done with everything.

I got my acrylics done by the owner who was really nice. She was fast but made sure that there wasnt any excess paint on any of the edges and she was gentle. The tips arent as thick as other places do but it feels more natural and secure. Down side to it all is they play a lot of pretty loud music in the background. As well as the waiting time, I got there at 10 and wasnt serviced until 12.

They are races especially the woman who opens. They say they open at 10Am it’s 10:45 I’ve been waiting since 9:50am then the opener has a disgustingly cold attitude if ur not Latino save ur self the hassle of being ignored and provided with the worst treatment

This is an ok salon but they can’t do powder gel and the ones that can don’t come on time. Been waiting here 2 full hours. Never again!
