But far the best nail salon you can find in Michigan! Naila is literally the best nail tech one can find! Does everything for the client treats her client like her family! Goes above and beyond for everyone! She literally cleans after every client and keeps the salon clean! Been coming here for a couple months and will definitely be coming back!

Was excited to have a relaxing day getting my nails done. However had the exact opposite experience. My sister had called ahead a week ago and scheduled an appointment for me however when I walked in they acted like they didn’t have me on the schedule. Was told to take a seat and they would be with me waited for over 40 minutes prior to being serviced at all. Had made my appointment with a specific manicurist per the recommendation of a family member. However was seen by the person that my family member told me not to see despite making an appointment with the other person. Received nothing but attitude from both the workers. The man Mike that was doing the pedicure did not know what he was doing at all. My toenails were multiple different lengths. When politely asking him if he could please file them so they were even he proceeded to get up and stated I need a break and walked out. Then the other technician Natalia came over there and said it’s because he was afraid to cut your nails most people don’t like their nails cut during a pedicure.. I thought at this point Natalia was going to take over and do my nails however this did not happen she briefly cut my nails never filed them and got up and proceeded to say he will paint them now. I had picked out my nail color however when he painted my nails he painted them a different color. He did not shake the polish and it went on in glumps. A 5 year old could have done a more decent job. He had not completed working with me and started to work on yet another client. I had been at the shop for over 2 hours at this point. He stood up and walked to the other side of the salon and then turn around and said something about moving over to get my fingernails done and said oh did I paint them the wrong color. Do you want me to change it was stated to me with an attitude. At this point I had had enough I said I don’t want any further Services how much do I owe you. He had walked away also during this time and started working on another client’s feet. Can’t believe I was expected to pay for this poor service had to go and get my nails redone and another local salon. The salon that I went to next could not believe how poorly my nails were done. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received would not recommend the salon to anyone. I would not leave this type of review if this was not one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Waited 30 minutes when I had an appt for a shellac mani. Minimal effort on filing of the nails, to the point where I had to file them again at home because they kept catching on everything. No cuticle cutting/clean up. End result shellac was sloppy; some nails not completely covered, and other nails had polish on the skin and no clean up done. As a result, 2 days after the mani, I already have lifting of the polish by the cuticles and chips. Waste of $35.

I would not recommend this place at all. I called on 6/9/2021 to inquire and was told, “Yes,” they could do 3 people at one time for a manicure. I called the day of the appt and confirmed my request. Arriving to see only two nail techs waiting on customers. A half an hour later, one available nail tech began the manicure one person at a time. The second nail tech worked on one customer the entire time the three of us got manicures. I saw no posted sign for pricing and was shocked when it came time to pay. Not professional at all!

Once I got there, I entered and was not greeted at all and ignored for a few minutes before someone even acknowledged me at the door. Critical: QualityI am new to the neighborhood and was looking for a local nail spa to support. I had just gotten off of work and arrived to the “Glamorous Nails & Spa” for an eye brow service. The woman working didn’t seem to care what I was there for, she demanded that I had CASH to pay for the service and told me that I should come tomorrow. I felt disrespected being the only woman of color there and being demanded that I have cash to pay for the service as if my card wouldn’t work. This woman embarrassed me in front of her other white customers. I do NOT recommend women of color ( AKA BLACK WOMEN) to support this business. This business is obviously prejudice and thinks that our CARDS don’t fall through and there for should only use cash. As far as other people who aren’t black I’m sure you’re very welcome here buttercup. Needless to say I had a bad first experience and I will go out of my way to take my money and cards else where.
