Lady made oval shapes on my nails, hands, and toes without asking me! I was relaxing, my previous shape was square, so I asked her to cut them a little bit nothing else!!!! I asked for many and Pedi (cleaning cuticles) and this is what I got and paid $72!!!! This is mine nails 15min after salon! Shame. She didn’t even put oil on my hands!!!!

I came in the salon to get a manicure. My nails are naturally long so I just needed a trim and a file to make them all even and then I got a white regular nail polish. The lady put 2 coats. I go to let my nails dy for a good 20-30 minutes then leave. The next morning the nail polish started to chip off. She used a really cheap nail polish! Wast of 35$

DO NOT COME HERE. In all honesty, I could’ve painted my nails myself and done a better job than the service I was provided with. I had dip/nail extensions that needed to be removed and the nail technician that worked on my nails hurt me in the process of removing the extensions. I had to literally tell her “you’re hurting me” because she was so aggressive and was not patient at all. She rushed the process and would get mad when I told her what I wanted (i.e shape of my nails, how long etc.). There was a piece of my nail that was chipped off and she didn’t file or cut it off or anything! She just painted over it like it wasn’t visibly there. I had to tell her to cut it off and even then she got mad and didn’t apologize. No one in there was friendly or skilled at what they do. Thank God I asked for a simple manicure because the way this ‘nail tech’ would’ve damaged my nails had I asked for anything else! Not to mention my nail polish chipped 20 minutes after getting them done, had to come back get them redone only for them to chip again. Both times I came to the salon there was barely anyone in there and I wonder why. No one assisted me in telling me my nails were dry, even though they would walk past the nail dryer where I was sitting plenty of times. I had to check to see if they were dry on my own, which caused me to ruin them. Every other nail spa I went to came back in 15 minutes or so to check on my nails and see if they were dry. But at this place, they expect you to do it on your own. Or maybe they just expected ME to do it on my own. The person doing my nails would also laugh after anything I said. It was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. No one made an effort to engage in friendly conversation with me but when another customer came in they were very polite and had good banter. It made me feel like I did something wrong, but I didn’t. It is not a friendly environment and the staff is not skilled at what they do. Don’t come here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The place is nice and clean. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure service was very nice, but the gel manicure was not. The male tech use the hand tools which cut my finger and he placed an agent to stop the bleeding. He did not apologize. He did not reshape the nails or trimmed them down snd tried to do a French nail manicure. I wished I had went to one of the females. When I paid for my service, he requested his tip in cash, and I opted to put it on the card. I came in because a waiter swore by them, but I will not visit the salon again.

Unfortunately, the owners out of all people were rude and unprofessional (husband and wife, Ken was the man’s name). This instance was the final straw. Besides them charging so much more than most places around this area, constantly moody characters, and unpredictable results, they (yes both of them) were yelling at a customer that by no means was being combative or difficult. It was unpleasant and unjust to watch. I have never in my life written a bad review. Unfortunately, the owners out of all people were rude and unprofessional (husband and wife, Ken was the man’s name). This instance was the final straw. If the reviews don’t make you steer clear and you choose to venture to this nail salon like i did be warned. Very poor work and extremely rude. Yesterday i was quoted one hour wait to get one nail fixed as many techs sent idle. After waiting 30 minutes they quoted me $15 for ONE nail and said they can’t guarentee it will match the other nails. I said fine I’ll pay $15 as i had a event and don’t want o be missing a nail. The tech roughly began prepping my nail and when she threw a tip on and cut it shorter then the rest i said never mind. I walked out. Why do you work at a nail shop if you don’t like doing nails or have poor customer service??? Also the lady had no clue how to put on a nail tip. I went to the nail shop in RIO right up the street and was warmly greeted right away. She charged me $5 and I tipped the tech $20 for replacing my one nail quickly and efficiently. Steer clear of this shop in downtown crown they are AWFUL!!!
