Felt rushed, didn’t get a menu for pedicure options, showed them inspo pic and didn’t get what I asked for. The service itself wasn’t bad. Quality of the work isn’t worth for the price I paid. Felt rushed, didn’t get a menu for pedicure options, showed them inspo pic and didn’t get what I asked for. Critical: ProfessionalismThe worst attitude I have ever experienced!!! I cannot believe you dare to run a business with such behavior. I didn’t dare to speak up because of how angry and hurt I was. Afraid of crying and being ugly back I decided to just pay and walk out. The guy working on my nails was very annoyed because of what I asked for…if it was too complicated or just didn’t want to do it he could of just said no and not hurt and push away my hands…after several times hurting me intentionally I decided to just walk out with unfinished nails.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nailsThe worst attitude I have ever experienced!!! The worst attitude I have ever experienced!!! I cannot believe you dare to run a business with such behavior. I didn’t dare to speak up because of how angry and hurt I was. Afraid of crying and being ugly back I decided to just pay and walk out. The guy working on my nails was very annoyed because of what I asked for…if it was too complicated or just didn’t want to do it he could of just said no and not hurt and push away my hands…after several times hurting me intentionally I decided to just walk out with unfinished nails.

Critical: CleanlinessThis was my very first time going to this nail salon and I was very disappointed. The man that did my nails did not talk to me at all only a few times. Their tools were disgusting, definitely not cleaned. Their nail tools had nail filings all over. While taking off my cuticles he clipped me and I bleed which could lead to an infection. He also filed my nails down very short to the point it hurt. I had a piece of skin under my nail that came off because it was filed way too much.They also did not clean their tables after costumers which should be very important considering Covid. This was my very first time going to this nail salon and I was very disappointed. The man that did my nails did not talk to me at all only a few times. Their tools were disgusting, definitely not cleaned. Their nail tools had nail filings all over. While taking off my cuticles he clipped me and I bleed which could lead to an infection.
