Positive: QualityI’ve been going here for 9 years now. I’ve seen it change ownership and continue to thrive. I’ve never had anything but extreme hospitality, quality and friendly service. They have always been extremely patient and kind with me. I know I’m a pain. I want my acrylic nails so short that they have to use nail clippers to cut them and the nail bed of my thumbs are extremely jacked up. They make me laugh and always have great conversation and sometimes I just sit in silence and that’s okay with them too. I established a friendship with the previous owners and of course the infamous Hannah. Now I’ve come to know and have the same feelings towards Kim and her family. I’ve been going here for 9 years now. I’ve seen it change ownership and continue to thrive. I’ve never had anything but extreme hospitality, quality and friendly service. They have always been extremely patient and kind with me. I know I’m a pain. The staff is super friendly. I will definitely be going back regularly. My 10 year old daughter also had her nails done and they made her feel very comfortable. Also, my nails look great and my feet feel wonderful. 🙂

The Lady that did my nails was extremely rude. She yelled at me in front of other customers. She yelled at me because I was new to getting acrylic nails and I wasn’t sure what shape I wanted. Within a week of having me acrylic nails , 2 had already come off , and now it’s been a week and I half and the acrylic is already lifting off of the bottom. They are not clean either. They use the same things for everyone , doesn’t wash anything either. Worst nails I’ve ever had. I can’t believe I payed $45 for that. I’m never going back !!

Most rude humans I have ever met! Walked in and nobody was in there (of course). One man was on his phone on the waiting bench with his feet up and the little short lady was on the pedicure chair on her phone. When me and my sister walked in the lady said “what you want” her tone was so nasty I just stood there in shock and finally said, Polish change. Then she sits us down and throws down the samples for us to pick out color. At this point I’m heated, but I still let her start. She started taking off my Polish (very roughly) and when my thumb was titled upward she starts bending it downward yelling “can you put it down, what’s wrong with you!” I said “omg, (stood up) come on Kaitlin” I proceeded to tell her that they were extremely rude and I would go down the street. apparently I didn’t look upscale enough for her to pay me some respect! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
