If you go, let Suki or Staci do your manicure. The pedicurists are good. I had this one young man who did my manicure when Staci was too busy. I really think that he was an apprentice or novice but he did not do good work. I wish I would have taken a picture of Suki’s work vs the young man’s work. He just needs a lot more practice and someone checking his work.

Have gone to the Glamorous in Spring Hill a few times now & Stacie is my tech. LOVE her!!! She does an amazing job on your nails & is professional & personable. She’s truly the best tech I’ve gone to & the salon is super cute:) Highly recommend!

It pains me to write this review. I have been going to glamorous nails for 3 plus years now. I have LOVED the quality of service I received. The past 4 times I have been there I have had to wait an extended amount of time, even though I had an appointment. The past 2 times I have went there my service was rushed and the skin on multiple fingers were cut because he rushed through it and was going 90 miles an hour with the fingernail filer. Today was the final straw. Aside from the 3 burned skin marks on the side of my fingers, one of the nail techs gave my daughter a stuffed animal, I understand there is a language barrier, but I could have sworn he said she could keep it. She held it the entire time talked about how she was going to sleep with it, let my son play with it, how much she loved it, etc. Of course the nail tech just smiled and nodded when she said all this. We went to check out and the nail tech ran up to the registered and took the stuffed animal away from her. Naturally she got upset. We will not be back to glamorous nails, it’s been a good run.

Waited about an hour to get nails done. Appointments apparently don’t matter. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but this is ridiculous. They were also rather aggressive with my nails – I’ve never had such a painful experience getting my nails done, and they were far from the quality I was expecting. Nail tech also seemed annoyed that I was even there.. will not be returning.
