I found my stylist Carol by a complete accident, but it was ment to be! She is amazing! I intended to book with a different stylist at a different salon, which would have been my first time there, but I somehow booked with her at her salon and I am glad I goofed up because I never would have found her. I got a Keratin treatment here on May 18. I am Greek and Persian, so dark thick hair, but nothing too hard to manage. Carol was very nice, but to be completely honest I was tired and not really paying attention to what she was doing. I followed her instructions not to wash it for 48 hours, keep it dry and straight, and use sulfate free products. After the first wash it was very frizzy even after fully drying. I hoped that maybe it just needed a few days but time did nothing, my hair looked exactly the same as before. I wasn’t going to say anything, just cut my losses and not get a discounted service done again, but then my friend got scammed on groupon for a facial and I decided that I wanted to stand up to this.
