Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went into Kim’s Salon today to meet Kim J for the first time. I was nervous and skeptical because she was the 4th time I had someone trying to help me achieve my goal of going blonde. The Salon is a very quiet little shop which is very clean and they give their full attention to their clients. Kim J first sat down and talked with me about my goal and even showed me colors to see exactly where I wanted to be. I was so surprised when I saw my hair wet and loved it (you’re never supposed to judge your hair color wet) then when she dried it and styled it I was beyond happy!! I went into Kim’s Salon today to meet Kim J for the first time. I was nervous and skeptical because she was the 4th time I had someone trying to help me achieve my goal of going blonde. The Salon is a very quiet little shop which is very clean and they give their full attention to their clients. Kim J first sat down and talked with me about my goal and even showed me colors to see exactly where I wanted to be. Critical: ProfessionalismNever again ! So unprofessional… I Ask for pink ombré hair color and all I got is orange bleach hair no pink on it . The salon refuse to give me full refund. Totally damage my hair with all the bleaching and have to find a much MUCH BETTER salon to fix it. No one should experience what happened to me, I message her about it and she denied that they did something wrong she just bleached my hair and color it pink not lighten it first. I was so upset and she’s so unprofessional even through messaging not admitting that they suck or they don’t know what are they doing . Totally damage my hair with all the bleaching and have to find a much MUCH BETTER salon to fix it.
