Love coming to this place. They do a great job listening to what you want. They have a card if you fill it with visits you get a free visit. Great customer service family friendly. Takes cash and card. They take appointments and walk-ins. It’s good to have an appointment because they can get busy.

So disappointed, me and my sister read the reviews, so we make an appointment with Basanti, we get there but she wasn’t there, she called to one of her assistants that she will come a bit late, we didn’t mind to wait a while, she came but then she left, I mean what kind of service is that?? (You are suppose to have a commitment with your clients) so she said, oh she(one of the ladies), can do it, she also do a great job, so fine we agree to do our eyebrows with one of them, terrible!!!! Sge didn’t even took her time to do a well trim, in that case I would have do it on my own. Bad experience, I’m sure the owner does a great work, but her commitment with her clients is not good enough, if u make an appointment be sure to be there, or just say you can’t and come some other day.

First time here today and oh man did this woman save my brows. Took her time to help even them out. Did take some time so I felt bad for the people waiting. But if she is this good she is worth the wait!

She has literally become my go-to eyebrow lady for the past two years!! She’ll take her time so that you are satisfied!! Honestly she is the best!! Threading may be a little painful but with her it is not!!! Honestly REALLY recommended this place!!

Basanti is a threading artist! She really takes her time to make sure your eyebrows come out beautiful and that you are comfortable. Plus she gives a little eyebrow massage once she’s finished which helped with the stingy aftermath and really enhanced my experience. Basanti has a sweet spirit and Glamor Threading Salon is my new go to spot when I want any threading done.
