To the review about being yelled at over the phone is innacurate, I was the appointment after this client, and I witnessed the whole conversation, the client repeatedly argued about having a different appt time and just would not accept Julia’s appology for the mix up, my child sat waiting for ten minutes…yes ten minutes while the customer tried and tried to make her point. Julia listened and tried to make it right, but because she would not cut the woman’s hair right then she would not let it go. I feel compelled to stand up for what is right because Julia did not tell at the gal. Julia is great, patient with my kids and always listens to what I want. I am very satisfied with her services, and will continue to bring my family.
