Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis business is a scam. In Feb, I bought a treatment from them. I paid $1,300 as deposit to the store. However, I am not able to use it during that month. Then the COVID-19 began, the business temporarily closed. I totally understand the special situation and said I can use the treatment later. Later in May, I decided to leave NYC, and not able to use my treatment. I asked their manager if they can issue the refund or even part of the refund, they started to ignore me and refuse to respond my request. I tried to solve this problem with them from June to Aug, but unfortunately, they always avoided to solve this problem. In Aug, I planned to back to NYC, and tried to schedule appointment with them, but they said they still cannot provide the service and delayed my appointment again and again. At the end of Aug, I tried to contact them by phone, by Instagram, by the message, but none of them worked. I feel they just want to avoid responsibility and the problem. So, I contact with department of consumer affairs. The guy of dca help me contact with them, but they still refuse to refund and solve the problem. During the whole process, the manager of the business never ever contact nor tried to solve problem with me even once. Based on these facts, I rate this terrible and irresponsible business 1 star, and I will take next steps to let more people know about this.This business is a scam.
