This was one of the best facials I’ve ever had!!! They was very detailed oriented. She did my extractions so well, I can’t wait to come back. Usually facials don’t come with extractions but this one did. They made sure I was very relaxed and calm. This is a very busy place. So I recommend coming in early or setting up an appointment. Because they def get a big crowd. So come prepared! But once you’re in, they’re going to take care of you. The prices are very cheap in my opinion but very reasonable. I took my mom here awhile back and she loved this place as well. Book an appointment here, you won’t regret it all. Because I definitely will be coming back here for my facials !!!!

I have thick eyebrows and on one eyebrow I get a weird circle but ladies in the past have managed to remove the circle but my eyebrow still looks nicely shaped. I’m assuming this was a new girl because I had never seen her before. I told her specifically to not chop off half of my eyebrow. She gets a phone call and takes the call and continues to do my eyebrows and chops literally half of my eyebrow. This was in August 2022 and I haven’t done my eyebrows since because I needed them to grow out. I use to love this place.. now thinking about looking at other places

I set an appt for 10 and they didn’t open till 10:10. I should’ve known it was a red flag. I won’t be booking again, I wasn’t happy with the finished look. I still had patches of hair from my wax and lots of pain afterwards. I’ve gotten waxed before and it wasn’t this painful. The room could’ve been cleaner, I also don’t think they wipe the tables down after every client.

I visited this place on Sunday 7/3/22 to have my eye brows threaded and tinted. A lady named PK serviced me. She cut a big gash out of my left eyebrow and tried to cover it up by allowing the tint to stay on longer than usual. Monday 7/4/22 morning I notice my left eyebrow had a big gash it it. I returned to the salon on Tuesday 7/5/22 to speak with the manager and the lady there told me to gave a seat someone would be with me. 30 minutes passed and no one came and I asked her was the manager there she said no and for me to leave my name and phone number she would give it to the manager. As of today 7/11/22 the manager or anyone has contacted me. This is bad business.

Clean and sanitized. However, too many distractions to focus on the client. Stopped to answer phone twice during a threading session. Stopped to greet clients walking in. Then the audacity to rush service without paying attention to detail, which resulted in subpar results.

This place is extremely affordable and they do a great job with their threading. I have always had a great customer service experience and the most recent time I went in, my technician took the time to do a quick forehead massage with the aloe… It was not even 40 seconds long but WOW did it make my experience better than any other threading place. I really appreciated the extra effort.

For some reason everytime I come here I have a hard time getting my eyebrows to come out how I like them. I prefer threaded with an arch and a bit thin as my eyebrows grow back very fast. I went to this place twice, and I had an appointment both times. And both times they made me wait 30 minutes. Their facials are mediocre and in the room with all of the customers.
