I just spent 50 dollars for a lady to be on her phone while doing my nails and in the end my nails being crooked and having multiple barren spots where there should have been acrylic and polish. Couldn’t give it less then one star sadly but would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Acrylic nails

Yesterday was my first day visiting this place Despite the google reviews that I read online. Well I was impressed walking cause I was greeted very nicely. However once my service had be started I told the lady I had a picture of what I wanted. Well I then picked out my colors and the lady started doing my nails. Good service there. However I found that when it was finished that the lady had left grooves in my nails and last night one broke. I never have had a nail break this easily before. I reached out on Facebook and haven’t heard anything back and Ive requested to have my nails redone and the broken one fixed.

Great job! Got a gel French manicure for my engagement photos and they turned out beautifully. She was very meticulous while doing my nails and you can tell they looks so clean and precise. Hard to believe those are on my real nails. I’ve seen other reviews that were disappointed that the staff wasn’t friendly. I agree they were not super chatty but I prefer it that way. Sometimes it can be awkward making conversation and it let me relax.

Horrible customer service my daughter and myself went in there to get two pedicure at 230 and they close at 5 and immediately said they don’t have time for that. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If your going have a business have better customer service because you will get horrible reviews. They obviously pick and choose who they want to serve.

Jaclyn and Gin always do a good job!! Its best to make and apt, but they are good at fitting walk ins in! They never disappoint me!! I always get my eye brows done, pedi and gel nails! I LOVE THE GLAM’D BAR!!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff is BEYOND rude, I won’t ever return. Deposits that are non-refundable and a ‘grace period’ when they can’t open their shop on time or be on time for the service you booked. Just a terrible experience overall with a bunch of girls who feel they are better than anyone overcharging for subpar product and service. I had really really high hopes since the salon is gorgeous, but the bad attitude, rude comments, and overall bad customer service with stipulations of how clients cannot act when they cannot adhere to their own demands is ludicrous. I have yet to meet anyone whose gone that will ever go back. Acrylic set with designs and margarita pedicure (nothing exciting or extra for what I paid) was close to $200 without tip. Just a joke. I am very rough on my nails and this is the only salon I found that my nails wont break or chip. Other salons I would break one a day or 2 having them done and then get charged to have them fixed , the staff is friendly and the place is gorgeous! Thank u !
