Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend had sent me this place via Instagram to check out because she to wanted to ask them questions for a hair job she wanted to get done. whoever she spoke to took a few days to respond but I figured ok let me give it a go and give the benefit of the doubt perhaps my friend caught this person or persons on a bad or busy day so I decided to get into contact with this place to ask them a few questions before actually booking an appointment I can sadly inform you that it seems like whoever I got into contact with didn’t even answer my questions all. I asked if they’d be able to do my hair a certain way I sent them a photo of the hair I wanted along with my actual hair to show them because that’s what they asked me to do and the response I got was “omg it’s so spotty I’m gonna have to color correct it” And nothing else was said I had asked for a price since the first message I had sent and that wasn’t answered even after telling me my hair was spotty I still didn’t get a price and yet they just left me on read instead of responding.
