I attempted to use this Business based on someone’s referral. I chatted with the stylist to determine style, pricing and availability etc. I booked an appointment and everything was set. I simply asked the stylist if I could bring my own products, which was just a question and she replied that she doesn’t allow clients to bring their products, which is fine. She then canceled the appointment and when I inquired she said it’s best I find another stylist. Not sure why she would take offense to that question. Thought that was very rude and uncalled for. We keep saying “grow & support black businesses” but unfortunately because we are so sensitive about the littlest things, it’s cost us to loose business.
