I Scheduled an appt for two mani and pedi’s. I let my daughter go 1st. While I waited on mani. One hour later I canceled my service due to still waiting for mani. As I waited for my daughter to finish her pedi. I was advised that they overbooked. I advised them they should have called me to reschedule versuses having me sit there and waste my time. I was also not advised they only had one chair for pedi services when I scheduled my appt. Poor customer service. I am all about promoting small businesses, but this business I will not waste my time with again.

I went in as a walk-in this weekend. Immowjenni walked in I was greeted by all the staff that was working that day. That’s a huge plus for me!! Marissa did a great job waxing my brows this weekend. 5 STARS hands down!!! Flo is amazing at what she does and when you meet her you’ll understand why. I was hesitant about getting my lashes done at the beginning but Flo was very professional, efficient and explained everything in great detail to make me feel at ease. She knows how to make things look beautiful and perfect. I have been getting my lashes done with her for the last 6 months now and not once has she failed to exceed my expectations. I receive so many compliments on my lashes and constantly asked where I go to get my lashes done. I have let friends, family and co-workers know about Flo and all her services she provides at her location.

The Glam Spot is definitely the place you need to go for some self love! I’ve been getting my lashes done with Flora for quite some time now, she’s amazing and the best at what she does. Her personality and friendship alone is what you’ll keep going back for on top of her making you feel your very best with the best set of lashes. More recently I worked up the courage to see Miah for a Brazilian … and let me tell you … WORTH IT. I’m sure we all hesitate thinking of how painful it would be, totally not the case. Miah uses hard wax which doesn’t pull at the skin, making it not as bad as I pictured it. Mid way through my session I told her to book me again! SOLD!
