Positive: CommunicationWhen you walk in, it’s extremely clean, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Granite counters, comfy chairs, clean floors, a beautiful bathroom etc. Dee was the employee that completely intrigued me. She’s personable and professional, but she’s extremely knowledgeable about skin care and health. She delves into your lifestyle to understand your personal needs as a client and focuses on your personal skin issues. This is what drew me to her. She’s not just your typical skincare sales person that slaps a few lotions on and doesn’t take the time to learn your skin. Everyone has various skin types and different needs. Someone with more acne prone skin might not be able to use certain oily products such as myself. She took the time to understand ME. I have very sensitive skin and she was so careful to not give me any product that might cause more skin problems than I have. Her dedication and motivation in helping me to resolve and minimize my skin issues is why I would be more inclined to choose this spa over another.In addition, all the employees are loyal to the business. Dee has 16 years at Glam Spa. There is no rotating door and it is family oriented. This is what drew me in as well because I want someone that can learn me; someone who knows my needs, who I can build with throughout this process of improving my skin and possibly other aspects of my life. I want to stick to that person, knowing I don’t have to worry if they will still be there in a few months or years.Dee mentioned a product that I didn’t even know existed in their office that helps to stimulate certain chemicals in the body to help build muscle. Sometimes knowledge is everything. Maybe you’re interested in something, but you never took the time to ask if they provide that service.Dee, thank you for my experience.
