WOW! Naomi is amazing! I volunteered to be a model for her eyebrow students and wow did they deliver!! I could not be more pleased with the experience. As a Nurse Practitioner myself, I was looking for a clean, professional and experienced provider. Naomi has years of expertise that is so evident in her outcomes. Being a model can be nerve wrecking but with her there, I felt safe and confident every minute. She was hands on and present the entire time! I unfortunately had a horrible experience here which gave me a lot of anxiety and prevented me from even completing my microblading touch ups. The first time meeting my technician I waited 20 min outside because there was a note on the door to wait outside and call the cell # to be let in. I kept calling but nobody answered until my technician realized I was sitting outside forever. She didn’t even realize the receptionist put the note on the door and wasn’t answering her phone. After my appointment I wasn’t happy with the look of my microblading that the technician performed, it was blotchy and did not look right the whole time. I was able to look past it though and give her a second chance but when she called, she was so frantic in her demeanor of trying to rush to see me. The receptionist scheduled me for 9 am weeks ahead of time but the technician messaged me really late the night before saying she doesn’t work at 9 am so she moved me to 10. Fine. Then 30 min before the apt, she’s frantically calling saying she needs to push me to later like 12 (but I have work and to pick up my daughter) that doesn’t work so she’s says she can rush in and do 11. I’m not comfortable with someone putting permanent makeup on my face when they are rushing in and frantic and overall in THIS disorganized of an organization. I was very disappointed and would rather lose out on the touch up than go back there!
