Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent in this morning extremely stressed to get my hair cut! I talked to Erin on the phone prior and explained that I was truly terrified to get my hair cut, but it needed to be done. I went in and she had a really nice and polite receptionist working! She cut some of my hair, and then asked if I wanted it shorter. I appreciated this so much because I was terrified it would come out too short & I would be upset. She took her time, and made sure it was something I wanted. Went in this morning extremely stressed to get my hair cut! I talked to Erin on the phone prior and explained that I was truly terrified to get my hair cut, but it needed to be done. I went in and she had a really nice and polite receptionist working! She cut some of my hair, and then asked if I wanted it shorter. Made an appointment for my 7 year old daughter. When we got there nobody was wearing masks. Not employees or clients. The client that was there started talking about how his gf’s brother got covid….. It was awful! We walked out and will tell people not to spend their money there.
