For starters, the studio located in Stafford is very glamorous…literally. I loved it. I had my first facial micro-channeling procedure done by Kristal (the owner) and very impressed by the results. I’ve had deep scarring from bad acne I had for years, and always always always struggled with products that would help fade the scars and nothing worked. But after only 1 micro-channeling session, I definitely see a difference in the fading of my scars, the and the texture of my skin (which was really ridged). During my session I was also made sure to be comfortable, and aware of every step that was going to be taken and informed how to treat my skin post procedure. I’m really happy with the results. 🙂

Oh my God! This is a money hungry business with no ethics or moral compass. Please do not waste your time going to some one who does not appreciate their customers and would rather charge them for nothing. I had an appointment and after being exposed to COVID I reached out as a courtesy and was asked by Krystal to reschedule and quarantine for 2 weeks. She stated she would send me a new confirmation but I never received one meanwhile she kept my $100 deposit. When I reached out to her for an update about rescheduling I asked about lashes and she replies she doesn’t do lashes. I guess she wouldn’t make enough money off of me doing lashes as opposed to her highway robbery overpriced brows for $699! When I point out that her website clearly states she does lashes she claimed that she did not have any lash technicians.That’s false advertising! After going back and forth with her and finally asking for my money back she agreed to give me 1/2 back for doing absolutely nothing!!! She is quick to point out her no refund policy and yes I understand the need to charge someone if they are a no show or don’t cancel/reschedule within a reasonable amount of time (typically 24-48 hrs) but I gave her 3 days notice that I was exposed. She promised a new confirmation that I never received and then wants to keep my $100. Okay Krystal, if this is the way you run your business I seriously doubt you will be around for much longer. Yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my first set of lash extensions at Glam Room Beauty also known as The Glam Room Beauty Co. in Spotsylvania Mall. My experience was nothing short of fabulous. The lash tech was friendly, gentle and talked me through the process. The owner Kristal King was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The gorgeous and clean aesthetics of the shop made the experience feel fabulous. This morning I woke up my eyes feel so light and airy, and I feel beautiful. I’ve had strips and clusters applied to my lashes at other places in the past, and I thought i was doing something. These lash extensions feel and look sooo natural. I can tell this is about to become an ongoing addiction. Thank you!
