Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe girl was so sick, I’m giving her that excuse. She only sectioned my hair into two parts, barely brushed it, and by the end it looked like someone had taken a Weedwhacker to my hair. There were random strands that were inches longer than others. Big red flags: she asked me if it looked even without even touching my hair or doing much to fix it. She used texturizing scissors to give me layers. She also didn’t even know what dry shampoo was. When I went to my normal lady, she was horrified and said one side of my head was about an inch longer than the other.It was a cute place, and the girl seemed sweet, but I wonder if she really knew what she was doing.
