This is my first time at this nail salon. Aril did my pedicure. I chose the basic for I was running out of time. (Weather was getting cold) Anyhow color pick out for me was on point. Very Christmas. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because he don’t massage my feet. But maybe they don’t with just the basic I’m not sure. Very clean and nice people I will be back to this salon.

Lisa and Derrick really know how to hook a girl up!! We went in there and got pedicures, dip nails and shellac nails (pictured below), and eyebrow waxing all in under an hour. Lisa did the leg work (trim, shape, file, paint/dip) while Derrick came in and did the design on the nails. They make a great team working together and I highly recommend them on their quality of work as well as their customer service.

This establishment used to be great. I’ve gone there for 2 years, loved their service, and the people who worked there. It seems recently they have hired new people and gotten rid of the old, and their service went with it. The woman kept ignoring what I was asking for and when I had finally had enough I told her I didn’t want to proceed, I did not like the way my nails were looking, she told me no. I got the ugliest dip manicure i’ve ever seen in my life. There was no manager there to complain to so here I am. With the prices increasing, so should the service. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Best little hidden gem in Baytown. They are always super clean and friendly. Everyone in the staff does a phenomenal as well as very knowledgeable. They care about healthy nails as much as being pretty. Most definitely give them a try!

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in and told the front guy what services I wanted and gave the price as well and we agreed on it. The guy did not communicate with the tech on what I wanted. I wanted pearl tip and the technician was too busy looking on her phone while she was supposed to be doing my nails. On top of that she did not greet me, she was too into her phone. When I seen that she was doin my nails wrong, she said she had to take them completely off. I wanted my nails and feet done to be done around the same time so I told her no I will no longer want a full set. First and last time coming to this facility. I thought I was going to have a great smooth experience here but it back fired and now my nails are not done for my plans. On top of that, my toes does not look filed evenly.
