The new owners are AMAZING. I have been looking for a good nail salon in Delaware County for so long and finally found it. My sister and I have been here twice and had two fantastic experiences and the technicians are so kind, approachable, and professional. I really like how comfortable they make you feel to ask for what you want & they deliver!

If you are not aware, Glam is now under new management because they screwed Wendy owner. I’m talking sneaking into the building after hours to mess with security cameras and steal and whatnot. Under this new management, I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. It was not busy at all. There were 2 other girls getting their nails done. I was there for TWO HOURS. It should not have taken THAT long. While I was finishing my pedicure, the girl started setting up the pedi bath for a man who walked in and she forgot about it and it overflowed. I mean, come on. Then, I asked for Bubble Bath and she put a coat of Funny Bunny on top of the first two coats of Bubble Bath without asking me first. Then she put another coat of Bubble Bath on top, so I have 4 coats of color on which is NOT necessary. I am not happy with the color. I wanted Bubble Bath for a reason because it is a neutral, more translucent color. Now I have a very pink color and I do not like pink (see photo). Also, more coats does not necessarily mean they will last longer. They also charged for dip removal, even though you should be removing the dip every time to put a fresh dip or gel on regardless. For my services, I was charged $70 and they now charge sales tax so it was almost $75. Why charge sales tax when I did not purchase anything? It is a service, not purchasing consumer goods. I will never return to Glam Nails. This new management is horrific. I miss Wendy!

Went in for a full set with my daughter for our birthdays. Have not had acrylics in decades and was skeptical. They went above and beyond to make the experience most enjoyable and the nails are gorgeous. They stayed past closing time to finish the nail art for my daughter and were extremely hospitable. I will definitely return and recommend highly.

Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer service as well as the finished product of my gel french manicure that was filled with air bubbles and the top coat over layered the nail and immediately pealed off of 3 of my nails. The woman that did my nails didn’t say a single word to me during my entire Mani Pedi and rushed the entire thing. These pictures were taken 5 days after my manicure when I finally decided to leave this review after paying $65 for nothing.

Horrible experience at this nail salon-was turned away x 2 because I ‘did not have an appointment’. Only one person noted in the salon at the time with multiple techs appearing to be available. That should have been my first clue.

Great nail salon!! 100% recommend. More expensive than other salons but the calming atmosphere and the amazing job they did make it worth it! I always call for an appointment-even if I’m 5 minutes away and they are always ready for me. If you have the money, go here !!

Fabulous, fabulous, FABULOUS salon. High end experience to match the atmosphere. I had both feet and nails done, and they couldn’t have made me more relaxed. If you’re in the area give them a try both women & MEN! I had such a pleasant experience as a gentleman in this establishment that I will return (even with a 30 minute drive). Amazing.

This was my first time at Glam Nail Lounge. I took my boyfriend for his first mani/pedi and we both were satisfied with the service and employees. They offer us something to drink and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We will definitely return.
