Love the aesthetic of the business in general, front desk staff are super sweet & patient as well. I saw RN Jackie and she was amazing! She answered questions and has a great hand (I came in for Botox). Highly recommend.

Not Professional!! I went in for laser hair removal and they BURNED my forehead! I asked if I had to shave my forehead prior and the girl that did it said no. I went home and noticed a red patch but I thought it would come down. I called the next day and told them about it, it was patchy and red.They told me the long hairs got stuck to my forehead and I didn’t rub hard enough when they told me to. They told me to go in for a cream, they called it silver or something like that, and girl that did it on me had only some months of experience. So they told me they would make my next appointment complimentary and with a more experienced nurse. I made the next appointment only because of that. A day before my appointment they call me to cancel because the nurse wouldn’t be there. So I rescheduled. Went in for my next appointment and when I was done they said I had to pay that it wasn’t complimentary because the burned went down.
