I totally enjoyed my experience with this establishment. The staff was totally professional and friendly. The nail technician completed my nails with efficiency and to my liking. She focused on my needs and took into consideration what style and colors I liked. Even when I changed my mind she was so understanding and vigilant as to what w wanted. It’s always a great experience with Sheena at GlamNail Institute! I’ve been with Sheena since 2016 and I absolutely love her and how she slays my nails all the time. I love her work and the atomosphere! Just a little feedback. A warning about wait time and chair time should be given. The owner puts a lot of time and effort into her work which makes this salon very different than your average walk-in mall nail salon. Other than the wait this is the only place that does my nails.

My appointment was at 6pm I arrive and 5:50 pm didn’t get acknowledged until 6:30pm and serviced at 6:45. Left the shop after 9pm. Horrible nail job at Glam Institute In Rosedale, MD $102 and 24 hours later the gel polish peeled off. Nails were done on April 28th a Friday and she couldn’t fox them until Thursday may 4th. I asked for a coral polish and she brought me gel polish charged extra with me knowing. Nickel and dime me for everything and then I had to pay someone else to fix this. Done by Sheena Smith the owner.
