Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI purchased a group on voucher and made an appointment instantly due to the good reviews. However, Nira rescheduled my appointment the DAY OF to the next day at 11am, which was an inconvenience due to me traveling out of town. I arrive to my appointment at 11am, she was not there and seemed to cancel my appointment at the last minute. This was a waste of time and gas because I traveled 45 minutes to come to this appointment. She was unprofessional and careless about the situation and showed no empathy. I purchased a group on voucher and made an appointment instantly due to the good reviews. However, Nira rescheduled my appointment the DAY OF to the next day at 11am, which was an inconvenience due to me traveling out of town. I was a bit confused when I arrived because it’s a trucking company behind the building. But I went for a wax I bought off of Groupon. Nira was nice, friendly and made me laugh which was cool considering it’s super intimate service. She gave me aftercare instructions and explained how the hair grows. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in waxing.
