Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWish I had known about Glam House sooner than I did. We are military stationed in AR for a few years and I’m on my way, out but will try to spread the word as best I can before we go. Seriously, this place was amazing! I called on a whim and they got me in as a new client who didn’t even really know what she wanted right away. When I came in on appt day I was greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Kind of felt like walking in to family, and that immediately took away my “new shop” jitters. Even the other clients were nice and during my time there I realized that’s just the vibe at Glam House. I was seen by Keisha (the owner and the person with whom my appt was booked). I was told that when you reach out to the salon with your needs, you are scheduled with the stylist who performs that task best unless you request otherwise, and I LOVE that concept. Usually if you’re new and don’t have any idea who to choose, it’s just a shot in the dark. Not here. The stylist seem to be very humble. They all work like a team and that is as beautiful to see as the services they provide. Before I was even in the chair, Keisha took the time to discuss my hair goals with me and was very accommodating and professional. I’m natural and hadn’t really given my hair much TLC besides the basics but Keisha treated my hair so good. She let me see and smell everything she was putting in my hair and took her time without wasting time (if that makes sense). I was in and out quickly, but she was thorough. I’m still trying to figure out how she did that.Overall it was just good vibes, good people and great hair care. I will definitely be back for many of the other services at this ONE STOP SHOP! Wish I had known about Glam House sooner than I did. We are military stationed in AR for a few years and I’m on my way, out but will try to spread the word as best I can before we go. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. All the stylist were pleasant and professional. Even though she was running behind a little (because things happen) I still felt like my time was valued and she used amazing quality products. My hair came out great and I wasn’t there all day like I’ve experienced in the past. She showed my hair the TLC it needed. I’m hooked. I had my first appointment today with Keisha and my hair and I are in love. The place was so cute and clean. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. All the stylist were pleasant and professional. Even though she was running behind a little (because things happen) I still felt like my time was valued and she used amazing quality products. My hair came out great and I wasn’t there all day like I’ve experienced in the past. She showed my hair the TLC it needed. I’m hooked. She definitely has a loyal customer in me.
