Look, I didn’t really have an issue with how they operated. More how they cut my hair. They started washing it and didn’t ask me how I wanted it done until they were ready to cut it. By then I told her just an inch off my hair and light layers, simple right? Wrong. She gave me horrible layers that you can visibly see, they resemble cake layers. And my hair is so much shorter than I asked for! I’m upset. I want to pick up the hair she chopped and reapply it to my hair. Don’t go here.
