Scheduled with Irreplaceable Kadett and drove 35 mins here, while gas is over $5. I show up to an empty parking lot and locked doors. I text them to say I arrived for my appt, they didn’t answer. So I called them and they proceeded to tell me multiple times we didn’t have an appt, saying “ma’am you’re wrong” and i can “reschedule”. I was not wrong and said to look at the messages, and then they said “oh i thought it was for next tuesday”. Very unprofessional, don’t spend your money here.

My Daughter spent 6 hours at this business having Robert do a full set and pedicure….Her nail polish on her toe came off in the shower??? Her nails were so thick she came home and filed them down herself??? She ask for a partial refund and was refused???? Stay Away from this business!!! And under no circumstances let Robert work on you !!!
