Jinny is the BEST! I’m a long year client and she always makes sure I get the best treatment. You know you’re going to a right place when people compliment your skin and asking which product I use. Well Jinny figured I was using the wrong product and changed to a simple clean products which made my skin glowing from inside. Also she knows all the habits I should have for a better skin. I’ve been living in NYC for more than 10+ years, and I can say Lyumi is the best hairstylist you can find in the entire 5 boroughs. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND going to her. It’s so worth going to her Salon despite it takes me an hour to get to her. She is sooooo good with colors, cuts, perm, all kinds of hair style you want to do. I had severe acne scars and Dr.Woo gave me laser treatment. She was very thorough and explained what to do after the lazer treatment. She also provided tips on improving overall skin.It was amazing. Most of acne scars are gone and my skin looks so much better. I am highly recommend this place for any types of skin problems.

This salon is super clean and new, the staffs are friendly and professional. Ryumi is amazing hair stylist, sweet and honest. I loved how she listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time going to the hair salon since the pandemic. I saw great reviews of this place so I wanted to try it out. The interior was clean and modern. However, I am so upset after my visit. Firstly, they didn’t even wash my hair to start. I feel getting your hair washed before haircut is part of the hair salon service. Maybe she thought my hair was clean? I didn’t question them at the time but still makes me wonder why because I saw other customer getting hair washed. I asked the hair dresser I wanted to keep my length but wanted to add some layers so it is not so heavy. She curled my hair after the cut so I didn’t realize how bad she ruined my hair at the hair salon. The hair dresser cut my hair at all different uneven lengths and looks horrible when I leave it straight. The shortest chunks of hair is on the outer side. The next day, my husband told me my hair looks like a scarecrow. Seems like all the good reviews of this place comes from the younger hair stylist, mine was done by an older middle age hair stylist. I regret coming here.
