If you want to waste your entire day on getting a wig install that should only take an hour to install and style and paid a booking fee. I would recommend this shop. It is a total waste of time and money! I do not recommend you going to this shop. Yes she styles the hair nice but I paid for an appointment and on her booking site it is supposedly 30 minutes but I waited 7 hours because she was taking in her friends walk ins to get my hair done for my brothers wedding. If I could I would give her a lower rating than 1 star. The bathroom is dirty and she doesn’t even have regular soap she added water to the bottle to make it last longer I don’t even know if she changed that soapy water in a while. That has to be a safety and sanitation violation when owning a business. The floors looks as if it had never been moped in years the equipment is filthy for the money your spending it doesn’t look like it going towards the equipment being used on your hair. I’m going to report to the better business bureau to see if a safety inspector will check out the safety violations in the shop.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey are very disrespectful and unprofessional. My appointment was at 12:30 pm and I finished around 8 pm. When I walked in I wasnt even greeted nor was I given instructions on where to go and what to do. The whole duration of the “appointment” they were just laughing, talking, eating, and on their phones making me stay the whole day when the appointment should’ve only lasted 2-3 hours max. I also came braided which should’ve shortened the time significantly. They also messed up my hair and when I confronted them about it they were laughing and making fun of me. DONT COME HERE! Very unprofessional. Would not return ever again. No need for an appointment because the walk ins go before you. If you want to waste 6 to 7 hours of your life then go to her because they are very unorganized. How you start appointments at 10am but you come at 12pm. I do not recommend at all!
