Sarah did such a great job! She did my eyebrows and she also did eyelash extensions. She was very patient throughout the whole process and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I was very comfortable and actually fell asleep a few times! I also look really fabulous now!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled two different appointments one at 6 and one at 6:30,For the Sam day because their system wouldn’t let me do many services at once I received both confirmations to my cell. When I arrived the lady seemed confused . I told her my appointments, she said she doesn’t know why the system did that, that she had another appointment at the same time as me. Even though mines showed up in her system as well . She was so unprofessional. Why do you have an appointment system that does it for you but yet you are clueless.
