Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI’m new to the area and this was the first time trying this place and honestly my last time. The only good thing was that I was seated and started on right away. First of all the man helping me wore gloves only the first half and the rest of the time the gloves were off and it seemed like he had some type of injury where he had scabs on his hands and I don’t believe that is sanitary in any way when doing a pedicure. Second of all there were little fruit flies all over the shop! And lastly the actual job done was terrible he didn’t even fully remove my previous color even though I mentioned the corners and the shaping was baddd I asked for squared and absolutely did not get that and not to mention that they did not even last me a week. I’m new to the area and this was the first time trying this place and honestly my last time. The only good thing was that I was seated and started on right away. First of all the man helping me wore gloves only the first half and the rest of the time the gloves were off and it seemed like he had some type of injury where he had scabs on his hands and I don’t believe that is sanitary in any way when doing a pedicure. Prior to checking out I believe the mail tech added in their tip because it in total up right it’s like he was just mumbling trying to just get me to pay I will not be returning they’re high priced and definitely get over on their customers which is not fair!!! I just finished getting my nails done at this location in Poinciana and when I walked in they were quite unprofessional with a customer I wanted to walk out but since I have to go to a wedding this is my last resort. I came here with my sister as a brother sister date and I will have to say I had such a good time the people that work here are sooooooooooo nice and funny. They engage with you they make you feel welcome and good about yourself. Hi all this was my first time visiting Gladiolus and getting any type of self care treatment. I came here with my sister as a brother sister date and I will have to say I had such a good time the people that work here are sooooooooooo nice and funny. They engage with you they make you feel welcome and good about yourself.
