I think the owner/ hairstylist is rude. I was surprised by the positive reviews bc I have been a few times and she seemed belligerent, oppositional and frustrated to be at work. I found her hard to talk to and “short”. My new hairdresser said Gladiola did a terrible cut and I had paid almost $200 for a cut and color there. I will not go back.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mercy at Gladiola. Making an appointment was super easy and she had many convenient times available. She asked specific questions about what I was looking for and educated me on techniques she could use and the results they would yield. She brings a breath of fresh air and much needed new techniques to an antiquated small town. The space is small, but updated with a clean, modern/boho vibe.
