Called ahead and as usual my service kept the call from properly connecting. After the 2nd attempt and still not ringing through, within minutes I received a call back. Apparently they saw I was trying to call. They answered my questions and set me up with an appointment for half an hour later.

I bought 5 little eyeshadows from this Spa. We got there a few minutes early and looked at some merchandise there to kill the remaining time.. saw the shadows and decided on 5 of them I like. The front desk employee wrote down my card info and that made me nervous to have all my sensitive/personal information being written down for whoever to see. Front desk employee didn’t tell me why, so I assumed it was maybe because the card reader was down. I was told how much I was going to be charged and employee said I was good to go. I put the shadows in my purse and it was time to go into the salt cave. Spent an hour in there and came out to see my personal info still on the front desk as other customers were waiting for their turn after us. Everything was fine until the next day when a text was received about a “possible theft”. And that they had cameras and didn’t want to get the police involved. How come the cameras weren’t watched before we were accused? I left a voicemail and told her in detail how my debit card information was written down by her employee IN RED PEN on white paper. And how I didn’t feel comfortable with it being exposed even after our appt was done. She retracted and apologized, which was appreciated but the damage was already done. It’s such a shame because we went there when the previous owner owned it but we will not be going back again.

Very unprofessional staff! I had a massage booked and she called me 30 minutes prior to tell me she had been pulled over by the cops and would need to push my massage back by 30 minutes. Then she texted me 10 minutes later and said she had to cancel because she was having car problems. Same thing happened when I tried to book a facial awhile back.

Came to Alaska wanted to see the salt cave. I called everyday from August 11 until August 14. I left voice-mails and no one called back. I walked to the establishment that Sunday at 1045 and no one was there even though on line state they open at 10am..

Would have loved to try but wasn’t possible – 3 stars for not updating their signs or nothing. I came by, waited, called and finally got a call back – they don’t have opening hours or walk-ins (as in the sign at the door says), appointments only. All was booked for 5 days consecutive.

A great place to enjoy a relaxation session. I was pain-free for a week after visiting the salt caves and I have rheumatoid arthritis. I enjoyed the professional and knowledgeable woman, Jan who assisted me with my experience and also introduced me to some beautiful essential oils. I would highly recommend this treatment while visiting Juneau

I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already! It’s very cool! Very inviting and calming atmosphere. When you walk through the door be prepared to be greeted with a big smile and cheerful personality ready to answer all of your questions! I walked in knowing nothing about the place and left with a lot of information! I totally plan to utilize the glacier salt cave and all they have to offer! The salt room is beautiful with nice lighting, salt all over the floor, salt walls, and salt flowing into the room. Sitting inside there is very relaxing! I purchased a salt rock lamp and have been using it a couple days. I love the fire-like glow it puts off! I definitely will be purchasing more of these for my family! 5 stars for incredible atmosphere and awesome staff!
