A friend of mine goes to Glacier Bar 3x/week and gifted me a cryo session. It took me over a month to get the courage to do it. When I finally did, I was greeted by very knowledgable, professional and cool people who guided me through the process. I added the LED Lightstim bed prior to the cryo. Two weeks & 4 sessions later, I have all but given up caffeine, I am sleeping better, my energy feels more balanced, my skin is clearer and my lower back (sacral) pain & wrist pain are GONE. Seriously. I had been seeking treatments for 3 years. I can’t say this will work for everyone, but it works incredibly well for me. If you are hard on your body or suffer from inflammation related pains, this is worth a try. As a note, many of my visits, more men than women are coming in to use the cryotherapy! It’s 3 minutes that brings your body to a state of ease. I joke that I have my 6 year old body back.
