Great pedicure with one lady. I asked for white tips for my nails and the other lady argued with me for ten minutes about not understanding what I wanted. Very rude. For that reason I wouldn’t come here. They don’t appreciate their customers. I left the salon halfway done with my nails.

I have been coming here for years. Today I came with my husband. Pedicure for him and I wanted a gel fill. We did not have appointments and normally I don’t mind waiting. So after sitting here for about 20 minutes, they get a phone call from someone wanting an appointment for a gel fill. For 10 min after the call. And they accept it (while I am still waiting). So after that person arrives they come tell me they won’t have time to do my gel fill. I think I am done being disrespected by this business!

I initially started coming to the salon about 8 months ago …And what’s doing the dip powder and got my daughter a kids mani done. The ladies were wonderful with my daughter and myself. I’ve been going back every since… just got a full set done and pedi.. the pedi stated chipping of for some reason. I contacted Tracy and right away she got back to me telling me she would get me fixed. I was ok paying for the fix because I don’t know what caused it, but she refused to let me pay. They fixed me right up!These people here are wonderful and will take care of you, but you need to communicate and let them know right away if something is wrong! Go online and set up an appointment, it is always better to do the way then walking in. Love this place!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis place is very unprofessional! They are cleaning bowls with tub scrub! One older guy told me he couldn’t fix my nail after he had already started. They speak poor English big language barrier. Never come here. They even had a pet dog tied to the service chair

I scheduled my appointment for 10 am a week in advance. Got there at 9:58 and no one was there. I waited a few mins and even called…nothing. By noon I called back and Tracy spoke to me as if I was in the wrong, as if I missed the appointment. I WAS a recurring client that was never late and had never canceled, but she spoke to me as if she was irritated with me. When I asked to reschedule she said she couldn’t get me in for over a week. No apology, no accommodation.

This is the best place to get your nails done!! They are so so nice and my nails always look the best! They take appointments, which I love because it’s always a gamble whenever you’re a walk in at any establishment!
