The woman who did a full set for me cut me multiple times while filing my nails, made me bleed. She didn’t shape the acrylic well or my nails and they just look clunky and bulky. Left so upset and went home and redid them. Acrylic nails

Terrible service. Took my sister for her first set and made an advanced appointment letting them know we were coming together. First they set us apart and then did her nails way too long! Since I was not with her and she is under 18 I could not pay attention to what they were doing to her nails. They made them way too long like Nikki Minaj long. They look awful and when I said something they had the audacity to tell me they will charge more to make them shorter. It takes a lot to get me upset enough to leave a review but this place can kick rocks and they are the terrible customer service. This is not appropriate way to handle business. Do not recommend anyone go here.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe one star was them getting me in water pretty quickly. I sat there for about 15 more minutes. She started getting the hangnails off and before I know it, 4 of my nails are clipped.. she did not ask if I wanted a cut down, which I did not. She cut them so low she started filling my skin, then proceeded to pull at skin on my toes!! I only went here because my regular place was packed, so I won’t be back here. They’re ugly and now I have to wait for my nails to grow back to get something better. Came in with perfect square toe nails and leaving with this mess. She started getting the hangnails off and before I know it, 4 of my nails are clipped.. she did not ask if I wanted a cut down, which I did not. First time here. The shop was very clean and I was greeted on entering. Price was reasonable, I picked a color and was seated quickly in the pedi chair. The lady who started my pedi was rough, She cut my toe nails too short and actually cut my skin 2 times while filing my toe nails with a wooden emory file. When i stopped her due to me bleeding and the actual pain, she acted like she didn’t understand English. So I pointed it out to her. She tried to cover it with her hand while working but i could see the blood and so I said something to another female worker. She immediately took over. The female who took over did a better job and apologized. But i never got one from the actual lady who did it. I’ll probably not go back. That’s the first time something like that has happened to me and I’ve had many pedis at other shops.

Tonight our usual nail place was closed so I took my daughter here because it was late Sunday night and there was no one else open that was close by. I have tried this place a few times before and have always been dissapointed. My daughter said mom it will be fine. Huge huge mistake I’m so outraged not only were her nails aweful but they charged $80 for a full set. I have never ever paid that much for a full set of nails. If they’re going to charge these prices then they should make sure their nail techs are top notch and know what they’re doing. I’m completely outraged and feel like I’ve been completely ripped off.

RUN! While your toes are still in decent shape, take them somewhere else! I decided on an on the fly pedicure and didn’t check the reviews first. Big mistake. The pedicure was quickly and shoddily done, skipping steps. I asked for gel polish with a trim down. I now am the ticked off owner of thin polish, ragged nails and a sharp spot catching my covers at the outrageous cost of $65! If I were them I’d make a solid effort to refund my money.

WORST NAILS EVER! she asked if the length was fine and I said ok. Then kept filing them down. She had wayyy too wide of nails to begin with on. They were filled w ridges and uneven. I didn’t realize till I left and they refused to refund my money when I went back. Plus she was standing upstairs yelling at me like a fool! Because I had said they were ok before I left. I didn’t realize till I got home and looked at them how bad they really was. I live 45 miles away. They had offered to fix them but then she yelled and treated me like I was lying?! Worst guest service i have ever seen!! I should have known when there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS EITHER TIME!
