I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 10. Horrible experience, the lady that did my fill for acrylics was super rude and not gentle. She used a nail drill tool to get rid of my cuticles until I was bleeding a little bit. I asked if she did designs and I showed her a picture reference, she said yes and was quick and sloppy about it. I take responsibility I should’ve went with my gut and did a simple plain color but if you aren’t good at designs then you should’ve just told me no. I’m very upset, they wouldn’t give me a refund after I politely asked. The lady said my nails are fine. I’m very upset and will not be going here again. (The first picture is the picture reference I showed her, and the second picture is my nails as soon as I got done with the appointment) MY RING FINGER ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE!

I have been going here for many years and only using Lyn. She is the BEST. I decided last minute to get my nails done. I called first thing in the morning and asked them what they had available for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. They told me to come at 1:30. I got there at 1:30 and they had me go to the back room. I waited till 2:15 until someone came back. The lady was super fast and jamming my toe down. She asked me if the water was okay. It was freezing and it started that way. I didn’t even keep my feet in it. I told multiple people it was cold and they told me they were so busy and ran out of hot water for the back room. I ordered the 40 dollar deluxe and she was done by 2:29 which was 14 minutes. I asked to talk to the person in charge and he was rude and short with me. He told me he had to check his cameras. I told him I could wait for him to do that. He yelled something at someone else and then tossed me a 20 dollar gift card. I won’t be going back for pedicures again. This wasn’t my first bad experience there but this was the worst. There are way better places in the area to go to.

Usually love this place but today was a bad experience. The woman doing my nails was in such a rush she was putting her coat on to leave before she was even finished. Not only that but she was doing my nails very aggressively and using the nail Dremel on my skin! The final result looks very rushed and uneven. Good thing the bandaids will cover most of the nails. If you get your nails done here make sure to ask for Lynn because she has never disappointed like this lady did.

I had previously given this place a 5-star review and was coming in for appointments monthly, but lately the wait time has gotten so ridiculously long even when I make an appointment, I simply can’t continue to waste my time here. I’ve waited upwards of 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time just to get in the chair and then continued to wait as long as it took for the water to get cold for someone to actually come give the pedicure. The quality and time put into pedicures varies a lot depending on who you get – one person may give you a full leg massage with a basic pedicure, another person will just do the bare minimum. Once I took my boyfriend in for a pedicure for fun, he had never had one. Since he didn’t get any polish, we thought they would spend more time massaging him, but instead his appointment ended about 20 mins before mine, even though we paid for the same service and started at the same time. Some of the people who work here are still really good and the place appears clean and nice.

The first time I went to this salon I just needed an acrylic fill. I got nothing extra like designs, just a fill and paint. I ended up paying $45 for just that. My friend who went with me paid $40 and she got a whole new set of acrylics put on and a French tip. I was a bit upset and confused how mine were more expensive then a whole new set and a French tip which is always extra. The second time I went, I also got an acrylic fill. The lady who did my nails was so aggressive. I was in so much pain to the point where I thought I was going to pass out in the chair. She was going so fast and made all of my cuticles bleed. My thumb cuticle was so bad to the point where it was filled with blood and she had to take an extra 2 minutes just to clean it up because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I don’t understand how someone can be so aggressive while doing nails.

I was referred by a friend so was able to text for an acrylic nail appointment day and time. Arrived for the appointment today only to be told they had me on the schedule for yesterday in error. Simply said “Sorry, had you on the schedule for yesterday”… ruined my weekend!

I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway because I desperately needed a manicure. It was horrible. She peeled all of my old shellac off rather than soaking in acetone. Spent a total of 2 minutes clipping my cuticles, didn’t even ask me the shape I wanted them filed. Once she started painting, it was so rushed and she only had my nails under the UV nail light for 30 seconds each coat. Every other place I’ve ever gone to does 60 seconds. I was there a total of 35 minutes which included removing my old shellac and my manicure, which is way too fast and rushed. The paint job was sloppy and messy. It’s now Saturday, 6/26, 3 days after my manicure and the shellac is already chipping and peeling up at my cuticles. I will never be back here and would never recommend.
