Critical: CleanlinessThe prices in this place are way too high! They charge $15 to remove gel polish, $20 extra for gel polish, $15 for coffin shape, you end up paying for a gel full set and a pedicure around $120. I have seen in other places that they charge $5 for gel polish or gel removal, but this place is ridiculously over priced. The prices in this place are way too high! They charge $15 to remove gel polish, $20 extra for gel polish, $15 for coffin shape, you end up paying for a gel full set and a pedicure around $120. I have seen in other places that they charge $5 for gel polish or gel removal, but this place is ridiculously over priced. My nail technician was amazing and gave a great massage one if the best I had in so long.My manager is very rude and when I called to ask why I was charged an extra fee that es I y brought to my attention he was very rude over the phone and had said that I was being mean to him and proceeded to yell at me and hung up. If you’re looking for better service I recommend LV nails. I went there for a pedicure and was told 20 minutes, after 20 minutes a male worker sat me in the pedicure area, filled up the water and came back 10 minutes later to tell me there was another appointment ahead of me and they won’t be doing my pedicure for another 30-35 minutes. They take in customers without appointments and when their appointments show up they cannot accommodate.Beware of Jack, he does not know how to give a gel/sns manicure.
