I came here for bikini hair removal and after 6 sessions, I am say without a doubt that Gkocosmetics & MedSpa is the best I have ever had. Not only are the prices reasonable, people like Gigi make the experience enjoyable because they truly care about your results. She answered all my questions and I knew that she cared about my time because I often have a busy schedule during the week. Unlike other spas I have tried in the past, Gigi used a numbing cream on my bikini line that helped with any pain or discomfort which really made all the difference. The overall decor and sounds make you feel as if you are on a retreat, not to mention the fact the spa is always tidy and professional. I am now about to start full leg hair removal by Gigi, which I can not wait for after seeing my results from the bikini sessions! Honestly, if you are looking for a quality spa where results will actually be noticeable, look no further than Gkocomestics and Gigi!

I got an organic facial at Gkcosmetics and MedSpa and I loved it! They were super sweet to meet and moved the schedule around to fit me in on a Saturday morning. The place is very trendy and clean and the lady who did my facial (sorry, forgot her name) was super sweet and professional. Also, very knowledgeable when I asked questions, and recommended me treatments. I would definitely go back! I felt pampered for the whole hour!

Cosmetologist GiGi was able to transform my skin in the matter of first couple of month of continuous treatments from acne prone skin that had multiple acne scars and discoloration to absolutely smooth, even, radian skin! I bought6 sessions from Groupon and Started getting sessions. The lady there was dealing with discounted groupon as I am getting it for free. Both full legs and Brazilian session ended in 30 minutes! After 6 sessions, only 50% of legs hair and less than30% of Brazillian gone. when I complained she said people are different and you may need3 or6 more sessions. I am tan color, but not dark tan all reviews everywhere say 6 sessions should get rid of at least 80% or more. In the last session I came out with burns. It looks like sge was revenging as I told her I will submit negative feedback. It is not normal that 5 sessions go without a single burn and the session that I complained be the only one with lots of burns. Maybe, sone people gad good experience, but if you do’t pay full or tip well or have a complain, get ready for poor service and bonus burns if you conplain
